“It’s still a couple of feet below flood stage, but it’s coming up fairly quickly,” Sautter said. “We’re starting to see some water in a few pastures now. It will be interesting to see exactly how high it goes.”
The river rose 5 feet in the past 24 hours, and the National Weather Service predict it will rise another 5 feet before cresting on Saturday, he said.
