What is West Richland’s Population?

Do you have any guesses what our current population is here in West Richland? The official numbers won’t come out, of course, until after the 2010 census is taken, but the Washington Office of Financial Management published it’s official estimates earlier this year. And the results?
Estimated West Richland Population in 2009: 11,670
You can see that, and population estimates for the whole state, on this web page. I downloaded the PDF available on the #3 listing.
That figure would make West Richland the 68th biggest municipality in the state in 2009. Back in 2000, we were the 77th largest municipality.
