West Richland’s city council voted this week to hike our storm water rates so the city can afford to meet federal standards. That $2.80/month fee on your residential utility bill will jump to $3.40 next year, $4.10 in 2010, and up 30 cents each year after until 2013.
Thanks, guys. Much appreciated.
