Caught this last week on KEPR-TV news: That construction you may have seen out on Dallas Rd. across from Smitty’s Conoco and next to the vacant commercial building will eventually be a new apartment complex, the first one built anywhere in the Tri-Cities in several years as it turns out.
The West Richland apartment building will have 118 units and rent is expected to range from $900 to $1,600 per month. Here’s the video from KEPR’s news last week.
