Tri-Cities: One of the Best Small Cities in the U.S.

Okay, so not something that’s specific to West Richland … and technically we’re not even part of the Tri-Cities … but this is cool, regardless.

According to something called the Milkin Institute, Tri-Cities is the 29th best performing small city in the U.S. That’s up from being #69 a year ago. The rankings are based on job creation, job retention, and overall economic performance.
