Literally five minutes later, he replied that he would follow-up on getting it fixed.
On July 6, I blogged about the net and showed the droopy photo. I had planned to blog about it much earlier — right after emailing Roscoe — but was out of town for a week, and then we had company for July 4th.
On July 12, Roscoe emailed again, asking me to have a look and see if the net was fixed. It was and is:

My kids have already been out and played on the court, and they reported back with all thumbs up. So, thanks a ton to Roscoe for responding to this resident’s emails and getting the net all fixed up in just about three weeks! Looking forward to getting out there, myself, one of these days.
