Rainy Harvest Festival in West Richland

Despite the rain that was on and off all day today, the West Richland Harvest Festival went ahead as planned at Flat Top Park. Only problem was, seemed like most of West Richland assumed it was cancelled. That big open field at Flat Top is usually bursting with people at this event, but I swear — me and ten friends would’ve had enough room to play a game of tackle football. There weren’t many people out in the rain today.
