by Matt McGee on December 29, 2009 in West Richland Business
You may have received a postcard today announcing that Club 24 Express Fitness is now open at its West Richland location in Paradise Plaza near Yoke’s. But it’s actually not open yet. I contacted Club 24 via email, and they’re saying it’s likely to open next week; the exact date isn’t certain yet — it [...]

Baum’s Chocolates will have a new home in early 2010 — a new home in West Richland. KEPR reported the move a few days ago, saying the store will be moving to the old GESA location right on Van Giesen Avenue. “The big advantage of moving to West Richland is better exposure from the street. [...]

When the store opened last summer, I wrote on this blog, “I went in over the weekend with my [...]

Can’t really see it falling, but you can see it starting to cover the streets. The National Weather Service says 1-3 inches are possible by tomorrow morning.

- Tri-City Homes Hit Their Highest Average Sales Price in 2011 February 1, 2012What an interesting year! No federal tax credit, record-low interest rates, and a booming Tri-Cities economy combine to create an fascinating picture. Two seemingly disparate facts tell the 2011 Tri-Cities real estate story. #1 – Total sales for the year – 2,734, which is the second lowest total within the last ten years. (The lowest […]

- Building Our New Home, Part 8 January 23, 2012My husband, Matt, and I are building our new home. This is the eighth in a series of who-knows-how-many. I’m writing from the perspective of a buyer, and an agent, since I am both in this case. We had two important walk-throughs last week and the week before. On the 11th, we met with the […]
