New Law Makes West Richland $15k Richer

West Richland Chamber’s Annual Banquet Coming Up
West Richland business owners and dignitaries will be getting together later this week at the Tri-Cities Convention Center for the chamber’s annual awards banquet. It’ll happen at 6:00 pm on January 23rd, and the tickets cost $30.

Michelle Marcum talks about fire and flood at West Richland Golf Course
Perhaps lost in all the craziness of the flooding these last few days is the fact that the West Richland Golf Course just lost its clubhouse to fire two weeks ago. Owner Michelle Marcum spoke over the weekend with KNDU … ironically, while the course itself was under water. Here’s the KNDU report:

Monday update: Yakima River now below flood stage
Good news – the Yakima River is back down below flood level. Here’s the Monday morning update from BCES:
